I’ve teamed up with fellow fermenter Livia Palmiero, the founder of Wild IS Earth Kombucha for the reopening of her Kentish Town microbrewery.
Livia’s kombucha is some of the nicest I’ve ever tried. Brewed frm three different teas plus nettles and inflused with a range of flavours. She’ll be leading guided tasting sessions and I’ll be providing a range of plan-based “wild bites” - canapé-style mouthfuls showcasing seasonal fermented flavours.
Tickets are £25 and include a kombucha cocktail as well as the food. Afterwards the bar will stay open for kombucha cocktails, low-intervention wines and global grooves.
