Enjoy a hands-on lacto-fermentation class in your own home or my north London kitchen*. Ideal for birthdays, hen and stag dos or just a fun way to spend a few hours.
We’ll make sauerkraut, kimchi, dill pickled cucumbers and preserved lemons. You’ll learn about the science and practicalities of this fascinating culinary science and keep jars of your creations plus recipe sheets.
If I’m coming to yours** I’ll rock up with all the ingredients and bring jars plus any bits of kit you might not have.
Prices start at £220 for one or two people. Vouchers are available and make excellent presents for the ferment-curious person in your life.
* I can host four at a time or up to six if you’re willing to get a bit cosy.
** My transport costs are included in the class price for London zones 1-4. I’m happy to travel further afield but will have to add travel expenses and time to the price.

Canapé packages
I’m you’re booking a private lesson for a big group why not make an occasion of it and add a canapé package for afterwards? I have a range of bite-size treats designed to showcase fermented flavours and inspire future projects.
£15 per head for a selection of three - each person will recieve several of each canapé. Then £5 per head for each additional choice. Minimum order of £150.
