Full three-hour workshop
Perfect as part of an away-day or team building exercise, this workshop is hands-on and fun but teaches a skill for life that directly contributes to physical, mental and workplace wellness.
In my full, three-hour workshop, participants will explore the science and practicalities of lacto-fermentation in depth and get involved in creating their own ferments to take home.
They’ll make four different ferments to take home (sauerkraut, kimchi, pickled cucumbers and preserved lemons) along with a recipe and info sheet. There will also be a wide range of samples from my fermentarium for them to try along with sourdough bread and a preserved lemon dip.
A great way for the team to spend some time together or else as a networking opportunity. Something different from the obstacle-course/pub team days…
I can come to your workplace: we just need enough space for everyone to sit or stand around a table or workbench and access to running water. I provide all ingredients and equipment and make sure the place is left spick and span. Alternatively, let me know if you’d like to hire a space for the workshop.
